Saturday night, Deion Sanders accepted the job at Colorado. The program has been down in the dumps lately and went 1-11 this season. But, they broke the bank for Coach Prime, giving him $30 million over five years.
Sanders was the coach at Jackson State for three years, and recently capped off a 12-0 regular season.
Of course, that roster needs a big rebuild. It’s one of the worst in all of FBS, and Deion Sanders knows that. He’s already bringing his son, star quarterback Shedeur Sanders.

And now, he’s bringing even a bigger get to Boulder.
Deion is bringing 2022 top recruit Travis Hunter to Colorado
Last year, Sanders shocked the world when he landed the nation’s top player, Travis Hunter, at Jackson State. Hunter had been committed for Sanders’ alma mater, Florida State. But, Hunter flipped to Jackson State on signing day, becoming the biggest recruit to ever commit to an HBCU.
Now, he’s joining his coach in the Rockies.

Sounds like last years #1 overall player could soon be a Buff 🦬🦬

Hunter instantly becomes the most highly-touted player in the recruiting rankings era to play for Colorado. He can play both sides of the ball and projects as a shutdown corner in the NFL.
It appears like a lot of good players could be heading with him.

Oh, Deion. It’s going to be quite the show.
